About Naturopathy and This Clinic

  • As a Naturopath, I focus on uncovering why symptoms are happening and supporting your body to rebalance using nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and supplements. Unlike a GP, I don’t prescribe medication, and I spend more time with you to understand the whole picture. My goal is to work with the cause of the issue, not just the surface-level symptoms.

  • I help people with a range of concerns including fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, mood changes, pain and inflammation, and fertility. Many clients come in after being told their test results are fine, but they still feel off. You don’t need a diagnosis to see me. You just need a willingness to explore a different path.

  • Yes. While a lot of my clients are women aged 30 to 60, I work with all people. I’ve helped children, older adults, and men with issues like energy, digestion, immune support, and stress.

  • At this time, appointments are only available in person at my Yeppoon clinic.

Consultations and What to Expect

  • Your initial consultation is one hour. I take time to understand your story, symptoms, lifestyle, history and concerns. We look at the bigger picture. I may recommend some starting points for food, lifestyle or supplementation. You’ll also be given a food diary to fill in before your next visit.

  • Follow-ups are between 30 and 45 minutes. We review the food diary, talk about your progress and symptoms, and make adjustments where needed. You’ll leave each session with a clear next step.

  • No preparation is required. If you have recent blood tests or are taking any medications or supplements, bring those along if you can. Otherwise, just come as you are.

  • I work from my private clinic at 9 Crayke Court in Pacific Heights, just outside Yeppoon. Full details are provided when you book.

  • Yes, there is free street parking available directly out front.

Fees and Value

  • The initial consultation is $160.
    The first follow-up is $120.
Additional follow-up appointments are scheduled as needed and priced individually.

  • Naturopathy is not covered by Medicare. Some private health providers offer rebates for Naturopathy if you have extras cover. You’ll need to check your policy directly with your insurer.

  • No, any products are an additional cost. However, I only recommend products when they are genuinely needed, and I’ll always explain why they’re being suggested. There’s no pressure to purchase.

  • No, not usually. I rely on detailed case history and symptom analysis. Functional testing is only suggested if it’s truly necessary, and only after discussing the options and costs with you.

Results and Progress

  • It depends on your situation, how long you’ve been experiencing symptoms, and how consistently you follow the plan. Some people notice changes quickly, while others need more time. The aim is long-term improvement, not a quick fix.

  • No. We work together to make changes that fit your lifestyle. I never push extreme diets or unrealistic protocols. You’ll get a plan that is doable and makes sense in the real world.

  • That’s okay. Many of my clients come to me after seeing other practitioners. I take a different approach. I don’t use pre-made protocols. Everything we do is built around your unique situation and goals.

  • Yes. I’m happy to work alongside your existing care providers if that’s helpful. I respect the role of conventional medicine and believe in collaboration when it serves your health.

Trust and Transparency

  • Yes. Many of my clients have shared their stories in person or by referral. You can read some of them on the testimonials page. I don’t often ask for public reviews because I believe in protecting patient privacy, but the results speak for themselves.

  • Because I prefer to spend my energy helping clients. This practice has grown through word of mouth, not big marketing campaigns. My focus is on trust and results, not trends or branding.

  • Yes. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit before committing to an appointment.

Still Unsure?

  • That’s exactly why I do this work. If you’ve been overlooked or dismissed, this is a place where you’ll be heard. We don’t make promises we can’t keep, but we do start with the belief that your experience matters and that change is possible.
